My name is Tammy Zhou, a first-year Dietetic Intern and Master of Nutrition student at Tufts University. I graduated from Case Western Reserve University and received my Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Biochemistry. When I was a child, my dream was to become a chef, and it was only by chance that I got to know the subject of nutrition. However, after taking several courses in college, I was fascinated by the power that diet and nutrition may wield as prevention and treatment for certain diseases. I believe that proper nutrition is the ideal way to empower people to live healthier lives, and I am willing to devote my career in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Other than food and nutrition, I also love cats (yeah!), and sports, especially basketball and snowboarding.

My name is Mohan Qi and I graduated from Pennsylvania State University. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences, Dietetics Option. The love of food leads me to explore the major of nutrition. After in-depth understanding of the role that clinical nutrition plays in patient’s life, I decided to major in nutrition. I am curious about different food and eating habits after studying nutrition. My culinary skills have improved a lot after the four-year study as well. I love traveling, photography and food. I am doing yoga now and hopefully I can stick to it.
